Acxiom/WSP Background

All TCAHA volunteers (BOD, coaches, team managers, etc.) must complete a WSP background check annually and an Acxiom background check every three years.  If you are not sure of your status, the list of approved volunteers (including background check expiration dates can be found on the PNAHA website.

SCREENING PROCESS
The following forms and online registration are required by PNAHA to complete the screening process.  The PNAHA Application/Screening Disclosure Statement  is required by both federal and state law. Additionally, the WSP background check is required by the State of Washington and the Washington State Patrol as a condition of the WATCH Program.  Please read the instruction document carefully and then  complete all of these paper and online forms. Paper forms must be submitted to:
